Riz (Persian: ريز)[a] is a city in, and the capital of, Riz District of Jam County, Bushehr province, Iran.[4] It also serves as the administrative center for Riz Rural District.[5]

At the 2006 census, its population was 1,802 in 415 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 2,405 people in 641 households.[7] The census in 2016 recorded the population at 3,282 people in 944 households.[2]
