Rock Township is a township in Pipestone County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 184 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 35.9 square miles (92.9 km2), of which 35.8 square miles (92.6 km2) is land and 0.1 square mile (0.2 km2) (0.25%) is water.

There were 70 households, out of which 28.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 72.9% were married couples living together, 5.7% had a female householder with no husband present, and 17.1% were non-families. 15.7% of all households were made up of individuals, and 4.3% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. In the township the population was spread out, with 24.5% under the age of 18, 7.6% from 18 to 24, 25.5% from 25 to 44, 25.0% from 45 to 64, and 17.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 41 years. For every 100 females, there were 119.0 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 117.2 males.
