According to economy of Tuvalu, (in 2000) goverment revenues were about $22.5 million, making the $4 million .tv payout about 18% of revenue. The meaning of the statement also seems unclear - does "after its creation" refer to the creation of the AOL company, the .tv TLD, the sovereign nation of Tuvalu itself, etc?
