Bolded routes are known from various maps, but are still included here to avoid confusion.

Other unknown routes are:

• SR 101 - formerly SR 10, but something else immediately before 1933 - since SR 10 and SR 212 swapped, nothing needed to be added, but what number did it have? 10 and 212 apparently stayed put.
• SR 282 - can't find when this was added, only its extension in 1933, but it was
  State Route 839
