Wondering what you guys think of the readability/layout of this article? I think there is too much superfluous information with the stat lines for each game (scoring by quarter, pts, rebounds, and assist leaders for each team, etc), and you could hide that information with a "expand" option to reveal it for each game if the reader is interested in viewing it. The

The doodle rule is mentioned in regards determining the home court advantage in the NBA Finals, but I have no idea that the doodle rule is or why is it so named? Can someone please explain/reference this rule, and does head-to-head supersede even regular season record, or is it implied that it is only used if the two finalists have the same regular season record? AFAIK, the "doodle rule" will only be used if both finalist have the same records; if they have dissimilar records, the team with the higher record (not necessarily the higher seed) gets the home court advantage. –HTD 08:20, 5 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The Donald Sterling fiasco (where he made racist comments) should also be on this page because of how it temporarily overshadowed the playoffs. There was a point where on April 30, six teams would have boycotted for the day. Commissioner Adam Silver's banning of Donald Sterling was a historical moment in NBA and in sports history.
