um ... certainly not. Perhaps one of two *named* objects - although I don't know that that 2nd one is. There are multiple comets and even a few numbered minor planets. Any body with inclination > 90 is technically in a "retrograde orbit". See Dioretsa's many companions here: http://minorplanetcenter.org/iau/lists/Others.html
