Past brand

I did not remember well, did Orange brand in Hong Kong is the predecessor of 3? If so, it should be mentioned in the article. Matthew_hk t c 11:06, 9 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@Matthew hk: I don't think it is the "predecessor". Hutchison sold Orange back in the days, and created this new "Three" brand. (Page 2 of PDF) Cheers. –Wefk423 (talk) 11:11, 9 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

At that time it should be named as "Hutchison Telecom Hong Kong" [1], and renamed to "Three" in 2002 [2]. Should "Hutchison Telecom Hong Kong" be labelled as the predecessor (or maybe the former name)? –Wefk423 (talk) 12:04, 9 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

It should. Also i had a sim of Orange but the service was ported to three, it seem just Orange S.A. was sold, while the HK division was simply changing the brand to another. Matthew_hk t c 15:53, 9 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]
