Please see https://dl.acm.org/magazine/interactions and http://interactions.acm.org/about, which shows that the publisher does not consistently use lowercase for the "i". Also please see

ACM Interactions → Interactions (magazine) – As can be seen at https://dl.acm.org/magazine/interactions and http://interactions.acm.org/about, and from the cover of the magazine itself, the title of this magazine is Interactions, not ACM Interactions, although it is sometimes referred to as "ACM Interactions". Note the use of italics on the ACM site; only "Interactions" is in italics and "ACM" is not. Oppose as
