Hello! I'll be reviewing this article, could take up to a week. --Cerebellum (talk) 13:52, 22 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Fascinating article, the material is mind-blowing and I really like the way you set it up. Having the full list of capabilities with image links to the actual catalog pages lets the catalog speak for itself. My comments are below, I'll place on hold for seven days to let you respond to them. --Cerebellum (talk) 11:45, 23 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • What does ANT stand for?
  • I recommend expanding the Background section a bit with a main article link to
    Global surveillance disclosures (2013–present)
and a sentence about Snowden's leaks.
  • Der Spiegel should be italicized, same with The Verge and Wall Street Journal.
  • The price from the capabilities range from Incomplete sentence.
  • List of capabilities - this list contains some direct quotes, they need citations per GA criterion 2b.
  • Some entries in the list start with lowercase, some with uppercase. Should be standardized.
  • Not numbered because FOXACID may or may not be part of the NSA ANT catalog; sources differ.) This should have a citation.
  • Is there a reason that some entries in the list of capabilities don't have a description?
  • Software that makes DNT implants persistent What is a DNT implant?
  • (see image at right) and (see image above, right) I'm not sure what images this refers to.
  • A more recent and more powerful multi-chip module More recent and more powerful than what?
  • that can install spyware using a "quantum insert" What is a quantum insert?
  • What was the reaction when this was published? Did the US government say anything about it? Did Snowden? --Cerebellum (talk) 11:45, 23 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

@PhotographyEdits: Just checking in, we are almost at a week. Will you be able to make the corrections? --Cerebellum (talk) 08:55, 29 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hi @Cerebellum, I caught COVID-19 a few days ago. Hopefully I will be recovered this weekend. If you could give me a few more days, that would be really appreciated. PhotographyEdits (talk) 20:03, 29 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@PhotographyEdits: So sorry to hear that! Take all the time you need. --Cerebellum (talk) 08:53, 30 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @Cerebellum, I think that I have addressed all the issues you noted. Let me know if there is anything that still needs to be fixed. PhotographyEdits (talk) 11:32, 7 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]

  • Note: Changed open source tools to open-source tools. See the link, and "Open source" is a noun, "open-source" is an adjective. Bsoyka (talk) 02:48, 13 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
  • Article is long enough, recently hit GA (congrats), appears to meet all DYK-relevant criteria including avoidance of plagiarism. Hook is sourced, neutral, short enough, and interesting, but I have one nitpick: there's a tense mismatch between "were" before the comma and "have been" after it. Just needs a reword and we'll be good to go, PhotographyEdits. ezlev (user/tlk/ctrbs) 17:54, 14 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Ezlev: Hi, sorry, but I don't know what I should change to fix the grammar tense. PhotographyEdits (talk) 09:34, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I'd probably go with "they were implemented". Bsoyka (talk) 16:30, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
    @Bsoyka: Thanks, done. PhotographyEdits (talk) 18:29, 15 April 2022 (UTC)[reply]
