As of right now (30 August 2022) ABC has not announced season 5 as the final season of A Million Little Things. The speculation is out there that this will be the final season and I believe it will be. "When A Million Little Things in May scored an eleventh-hour renewal, Deadline reported that Season 5 was expected to be the final one for the serialized ensemble drama. Thank You. I have removed "fifth and final season" a few times myself, which it has not been announced as of now.

To the person who keeps adding A Million Little Things to the final season/cancellation - as of today (3-September-2022) ABC and creator DJ Nash have NOT announced season 5 as the final season. There is a lot of speculation that it will be but this has not been confirmed yet. Please refrain from adding false information to the page until it is confirmed.
