Failed AfC submission

. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.

Dear Admin(s), Many thanks for deciding to keep this page at the end of the discussion.

To prove that he's a notable person, As highlighted by 'Atlantic306' during the discussion; most of the details on the page has been re-written as well as the tone of writing has been taken care. Also, many trustable sources has been added.
