The difference between the Act of Succession and the Constitutional Act
The Danish Act of Succession, also known as The Constitutional Act of Denmark of June 5, 1953,[1] …
That is not true, although the title page of the linked document indeed does give that impression. They are two separate acts linked together by paragraph two in the constitution ("The form of government shall be that of a constitutional monarchy. Royal authority shall be inherited by men and women in accordance with the provisions of the Act of Succession to the Throne of March 27, 1953.") and paragraph seven of the act of succession ("This Act shall come into operation simultaneously with the Constitution of the Kingdom of Denmark Act of June 5, 1953."). This makes the act of succession something like an appendix to the constitutional act. Hemmingsen 17:06, 25 March 2008 (UTC)
