Largest ship?
The great ship "Adler von Lübeck" is not the ONLY world`s largest ship in the world after the launch in march 1566. In danish and swedish litterature is the ship "Der Adler", somthing was the *sister ship* of the danish great ship "Fortuna" from 1566 on 2100 tons with a crew on 1.159 and 80-145 guns. The "Fortuna" was disassembled in 1601. The two ships from Lübeck and the Denmark is on the same builing plan. Take a look on the danish book *Den Danske Flådes Historie 1588-1660: Christian 4.s flåde* by Niels M. Probst from Marinehistoriske Skrifter. The "Fortuna" was the largest ship in 1601- and the "Tre Kroner" come in 1604, a great ship on 2100 tons. "The Kroner" was the danish ship the english
