I don't think the business about each Alaskan language being of "inestimable value" takes a neutral point of view. Also, the picture at the bottom of the article looks more like an ad for the University of Alaska than anything else --- for example, the motto "Ad Summum" is not what I'd expect to see in an encyclopedia.
