I took the liberty (

WP:BOLD) of moving the article to a simpler title. Now, I'd ask those familiar with the subject to take a look at article Kraja and Talk:Kraja#Confusing. If my suspicions that the latter is merely Albanian colloquial title for Ulcinj area (and aspirations for an autonomy) are correct, I'd suggest merging those valuable contents from Kraja into this article.
