Can I add a list of all the teachers if I'm allowed?

I'd say no. In fact, this entire article seems more like a directory, which would fail Wikipedia's notability standards (see

WP:DIRECTORY). I'd recommend that this article be collapsed into the municipality's article unless the school itself (or its teachers) are specifically notable. I've added a header to the article. --CPAScott (talk) 18:36, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply

The rule-of-thumb is that secondary schools are inherently notable.
