Chief Andrew Akpan Inyang-Etoh was notable for being the first man within his community to send his children to a Prestigious Secondary School. He encouraged other community members to do same and encouraged his children to further their education to tertiary Education Level.
The Late Chief Andrew Akpan Inyang-Etoh Education Foundation was founded by one of his sons to immortalize his great work. It will be reasonable to record Chief Andrews contribution to educational development and religious unity within the Ikot Ofok community during his liftime
