Apart from the

Changes have taken place regarding the relationship between the Church of the Province of Rwanda and the Anglican Mission in the Americas. See [1]. I am not sure as to what is the best way to characterize the current situation. In any event, the reference to the Windsor report is probably unnecessary since it has been largely overtaken by events over the last several years.
