Terminology

An annual meeting of a corporation is not "commonly" referred to as an Annual General Meeting or abbreviated as "AGM" in the United States. This article should be more specific as to where this terminology is in common use. --Russ Blau (talk) 23:39, 7 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Introduction

The introduction has : "An AGM is held every year to elect the Board of Directors". But an AGM is not necessarily held every year, and organisations holding AGMs do not necessarily hane a "Board of Directors".

Any part of the Introduction which is not known to be applicable world-wide should be moved into another Section, qualified, or corrected. 82.163.24.100 (talk) 12:54, 22 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

New picture from ulricdals castle. Poor quality

I think that the pictufe added yesterday is blurry mobile picture and has a strange light that makes it of poor quality. It is a famous person sitting there, but else it is a table on a scen. You do not see why it should look like a general meeting, it could be a play at a theatre. Because of the poor quality and that it does not add something to tje article I think it should be removed, and I ask another neutral person to look at it too to get a second opinion.
