This is not an "academy" in the sense of a educational institution. It is more like the US Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences or the French National academy for culture. Like the country itself, it has some lineage to Pakistan. Is it really necessary to mention Pakistan Arts council here. How much of the Modern Academy owes to Pakistan Arts Council?
