I have begun a project to update and expand this article by fleshing out the history, providing links to media sources currently mentioning the BJC, adding pictures, and providing a profile of the legal and legislative aspects of the BJC's activities. Help is gladly appreciated. Sighter Goliant 20:50, 21 March 2007 (UTC)
