Notability

As so many more notable musicians are becoming the subject of deletion, I question whether or not this band is truly notable. I have heard of them because of their inclusion on one album. But is that truly enough to warrant any notability? I have not seen them in any type of press release recently, and as well searching for them on google returns a myspace page as the first hit, usually not any true source of notability and a sign that a band may not be notable.
