Edits Requested

Part of an edit requested by an editor with a conflict of interest has been implemented. Changed the logo and the area served, need more details for the third edit.

I currently work for Bing Lee's web development/content management team and I would like to edit some things about this page, or ask for them to be edited. I'm aware there are conflict of interest guidelines and want to do this properly without violating any of Wikipedia's rules.

For instance:

the number of stores has changed (new stores have opened in Wodonga and Drummoyne) and the number of franchises is also out of date
area served shouldn't be "Sydney", as there are stores throughout NSW and ACT (and technically one in Victoria though the Wodonga store is only just over the border)
the company slogan is no longer "everything's negotiable" so the logo is out of date.

Would it be OK for me to change those things, would someone else like to edit them, and if so what kind of documentation/reference would you need?

I'm not posting here to reply to your edit request, just some advice. Your edit request is likely to be rejected because it is normally required to be in the form "please replace foo with foobar" where foo and foobar are the exact article text. It is also unlikely that anyone will add or change information without a
