Merge tag

This merge tag was from November 2007 and nobody was interested until now. I've removed this, the proper article to merge this into would be

Allied Occupation Zones in Germany and not West Germany IMHO. Sebastian scha. (talk) 19:43, 26 September 2008 (UTC)[reply

Contradiction in the article?

The article claims that the Trizone was added in 1948. This seems to be a contradiction to the part at the bottom that it was done in 1949. https://www.britannica.com/place/Germany/Formation-of-the-Federal-Republic-of-Germany#ref297741 seems to suggest it is indeed in 1949. Not sure how to fix this, heck, i made an account just to highlight this. Can someone else fix it?
