If the owl has been actually proven to be in Bubo, why does the opening paragraph still list it as Ketupa? The suggestion in the taxonomy section suggests some scholars are leaning towards abolishing Ketupa altogether.

I could not sort it out because it is impossible to tell from the information actually given whether this is a matter of a few studies suggesting a possible alternative hypothesis (in which case that is what it should say), or whether it is a well established change (in which case the genus name should be consistently given according to that change).
