Cleanup

I do not understand the flow of this article at all. The top section before the TOC gives all this detail about the group that ought to be orgnaized better below. The article refers to an album Torch, whose release (2004) was shelved. As such, why does the article venture to suggest further info., such as:

Photo

I removed the photo of Natina Reed from the infobox because I felt it was suggesting that she represented the entire group. I was then told to replace the photo with a photo of the entire group, which makes sense, but...how does that justify reinstating the photo of only Ms. Reed?
