You are citing something from Neuborne's Civ Pro class? (I personally am sympathetic to the prof, but this seems like a pretty biased source that is being presented as "fact.")

Burt Neuborne did not "win" the Holocaust Settlement; he was merely an advisor in Edgar Fagan's class action against the Swiss banks and, in this connection, wrote on June 24, 1998 an article in The New York Times (page A27) in which he alleged that Swiss banks made lots of money financing Nazi slave-labor camps, which is sheer nonsense.
