Expansion of Fort John Custis material
I'm planning to add a considerable amount of material about Fort John Custis/World War II to this article. It will be similar to the "Installation history" subsection of Joint Expeditionary Base Fort Story. If someone thinks this would be better as a separate article, I can do that also.
