Talk:Cardiff Bay railway station

• It is nearly a duplicate of this page - The name of both stations is now identical, and the article already states that when the one station closes, the other will open, and as a result there will not be two Cardiff Bay station entities.
• There is much overlap as both stations are related - Better to merge it now rather than in a few years time, as this enables a single wiki article on the future state of Cardiff Bay railway station. Also avoids confusion of having two near identical stations with separate articles.
• The Flourish article is rather short on detail and there is insufficient information about the new station to justify it having an independent article Llemiles (talk) 18:45, 18 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Merge – I agree. Originally this page was added because it was going to be a new station under a different name, but the plans have since changed and it's now keeping the same name. It's essentially a relocation of the current station, about 100 yards down the road, so it doesn't need a separate page. Bwlch y Groes (talk) 19:01, 18 September 2019 (UTC)[reply]
