Today, I changed owner's name to the precise "

trade guild in the United States, founded 1724, well before their building was constructed. The building is very significant for the early history of Pennsylvania and the United States of America, only exceeded in importance by the Pennsylvania State House, now known by everyone as Independence Hall

However, I am considering writing an article on the "Carpenters’ Company of the City and County of Philadelphia" with appropriate sources.
