I erased the link to the spanish version cause it was redirected to "Secretary General" not to Militar Chairman

Logos

Should there be logos for each holder's original place of service? And in that case, how should that look? I have tried to make it, but it just looks wrong, due to different sizes in the logos and flags. Below can one example be found. Skjoldbro (talk) 19:52, 17 October 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Deputy

@Garuda28: For the table of the deputy, I really don't see any reason to have the nationality sated for every single person, as they are all American. It is even stated in the description there have been 9 from the Air Force, 5 from the Army, 4 from the Navy, and 2 from the Marine Corps, clearly pointing towards them all being from the same country. Adding another sentence saying the deputy is always American is far more effective and simple. Furthermore, I don't really see why we need the whole title for the deputy in the table, as the full title is mentioned multiple times throughout the article. On the first count, since it is a current international position, I believe that stating nationality is appropriate, even if it is just to help give readers a scale that all individuals are American. And there is always the (slim) chance that the next might not be American. On the second, I am of the opinion that infoboxs, especially names, should present as complete as possible information, and that includes full names for better information. It’s a different philosophy for sure, but I think more information is always better. I would also like to see what other users think about these specific changes as well. The text says The Deputy Chairman, always a US general or flag officer, so I don't really see the need for the nationality for each. Sure, names should be as complete as possible in Infoboxs. However, for tables may not so much. Skjoldbro (talk) 12:33, 21 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
I'm with Garuda28 on this. Just because the holder has always been a US officer does not mean it always will be a US officer. Full names preferred too Lyndaship (talk) 13:00, 21 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Well, the official website says The Deputy Chairman of the Military Committee (DCMC) is always a United States Officer, so I am going to go ahead a removing the country for the DCMC. Skjoldbro (talk) 13:15, 21 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Given that was stated, I have no issues conceeding that point. Garuda28 (talk) 13:29, 21 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
