This article contains a translation of Listina základních práv a svobod from cs.wikipedia. (793759859 et seq.)

In Slovak republic is this document still valid, although many of rights is written in Slovak constitution. (You can read theirs constution) Zagothal (talk) 14:51, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Why choose this translation, with the extra word "Basic"? Two reasons for moving to Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms:

• a reasonably official translation,
• that's how it's called in Czech.
