  MOS:TITLECAPS says there are exceptions based on reliable independent sources. I'm seeing both "Chemtrails Over the Country Club" (Genius, Dazed) and "Chemtrails Over The Country Club" (NME, Stereogum), but nowhere with over in lowercase. @Nice4What: you have misread MOS:TITLECAPS... it says the exceptions are for "when a significant majority of current, reliable sources that are independent of the subject consistently capitalize, in the title of a specific work, a word that is frequently not a preposition, as in "Like" and "Past". Continue to lower-case common four-letter (or shorter) prepositions like "into" and "from"." In other words, unless we are talking about cricket, the exception to MOS:TITLECAPS is only for prepositions that can often also be nouns (which "over" is not), and that common four-letter prepositions should continue to be lower-case. MOS:TITLECAPS also states "Other styles exist with regard to prepositions, including three- or even two-letter rules in news and entertainment journalism, and many academic publishers call for capitalization of no prepositions at all. These styles are not used on Wikipedia, including for titles of pop-culture or academic works." So the fact that some publications capitalize the preposition does not mean Wikipedia should. Sorry Nice4What, reading back my reply, I did sound a bit officious, and I apologize for that. In short, you are right that MOS:TITLECAPS allows for exceptions, but my understanding is that these exceptions are only for certain prepositions that can also be used as nouns, such as "Like" and "Past", where they would then use a capital letter. But as "over" is almost never used as a noun, I don't believe it would be included as one of these exceptions. That's my reading of it, anyway. If we start saying that all album titles should follow how the majority of reliable sources show them, then there's no point in having an MOS anyway.
