There is a mistake in this entry. Chester Moor Hall died and is commemorated at Sutton in Essex not Sutton in Surrey. See here: http://www.rochforddistricthistory.org.uk/page_id__193.aspx?path=0p146p125p I have notified the Encyclopedia Britannica that they are wrong, but I am unable to edit the above text or the reference.
