Vietnamese perspective needed

This page seems to be written almost entirely from the Chinese perspective: "look at all the help we gave Vietnam" without much Vietnamese perspective. It fails to address key issues such as China's historical efforts to dominate Vietnam, Chinese pressure on the DRV at Geneva to accept the partition of Vietnam at the 17th Parallel and the North Vietnamese attitude to the Battle of the Paracel Islands.
