Frankly the note that says only towns with 100,000 or more people have DSL access is fiction. Right now in fact I'm using a dsl connection to write this from Leticia. it must be noted that Telefonica/Telecom S.A. has been adamant about expanding DSL access to all the capitals in Colombia if not all the cities they have headquarters and sattelite systems in. user:electronicmaji

This section has various factual inaccuracies and should probably just get scrapped. Beyond that, I fail to see what it has to do with communications in Colombia. Unless this gets fixed, I'm just going to cut it all in a week or so. Hwonder talk contribs 01:31, 5 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This is not true, at least not for cities like Medellin, where numbers DO alternate on opposite sides of the street. Letters on adresses are commonly used for calles and carreras, but very uncommonly for house numbers.

Our anonymous friend can easily fix all that. It takes a minute or two to create a Wikipedia account, and then you can edit. Yes, you can also edit without an account, but it's easier to track the activities of your colleagues when you use your account. Jim.henderson 20:23, 8 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
