2004 amendments
Did the 2004 amendments “Significantly changed the political system” as is stated in the article? According to the EC Opinion paper here (https://www.venice.coe.int/webforms/documents/default.aspx?pdffile=CDL-AD(2005)015-e) there were some reasonably benign changes in the Rada Deputies’ mandate to leave their parties. EC apparently considered some of these changes good, and some others a little under-worked. Maybe the summary should be de-dramatized a little?Heptor (talk) 09:30, 25 March 2019 (UTC)
