After reading this article as well as the main Montenegro article, it seems it's portraying Montenegrin culture as completely separate from Serbian and Albanian culture. Aren't these the two most important cultural influences on Montenegrin culture? What about the influence of Italian culture in history? Moreover, when did a separagte Montenegrin cultural conciousness develop? E.g. I thought the Principality of Zeta was a 'Serbian' (whatever that meant at the time) kingdom? Or was it Montenegrin?Osli73 12:57, 9 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

what is going here? I've just done research on other countries and everything was fine but when I did research on Montenegro I see Albanians writing "Sota is has nothing to do with montenegro". well sorry to disappoint that person but it does, it's a part of our culture and I very much regret that we have anything in common with those savages siptars anyway this is a web page for people to read about our country, why the hell are albanians such instigators? the people who EDIT and write things like the person above should just keep it to them self. why bother going on a website about montenegro if you have nothing nice to say? why bother even thinking of going on the page if you don't like the country? my suggestion is for such people to back off because if you think EDITING this site and writing whatever is only going to make you look like an even bigger savage than you already are. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.131.193.127 (talk) 17:48, 14 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The first Slavic printed book in cyrillic

  • "The first state-owned
    Cyrillic
book was printed the same year (Oktoih)."

HRE, you will have to back this claim up with a reliable source. Momisan 04:01, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • "The Montenegrin litteral opus includes the peak of the litterature in the Serbian language." By whose standards? Is Ivo Andric a Montenegrin? I have the feeling, its just a cheap way to sneak in another "Serbian" label. Momisan 04:01, 18 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Note of the page format

I am cramming everything on this page at the moment. However, feel free to create separate pages for its subsections and move the bulk over there, so this can serve as the top level page. Momisan 04:26, 14 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
