How do I put in the little reference numbers to cite specific sources... how do I document interviews I obtained in interviews with people who worked there or owned the place?

This was a WWII primary training airfield. There are other noted aviation activities which occurred here which need to be documented

I am trying to learn how to write these articles and use this and before I can learn my articles are getting deleted. I feel like I should have never tried this because 90% of what I write is going to be deleted before I even learn how to edit these articles aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa its 2am

LOL OK...well first off don't stress out.. Very few things ever really get deleted on Wikipedia. The admins have a feature that will allow you to see deleted material, that is IF it gets deleted...
