Derek Gardner - Can anyone confirm that this is the same Derek Gardner of DEGA Applied Technology? In 1985 he designed a replica Thomas Morse Scout bi-plane as a light aircraft that also fell into the microlight specification for British Civil Airworthiness Requirements Section S-CAP 482. Probably. oldracingcars.com says that this Derek Gardner "designed ... microlites during his long career as a designer.". DH85868993 (talk) 03:27, 2 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Place of birth changed 23 Nov 2021 from Warwick to Leamington as this page's source, oldracingcars.com (ORC), has made that correction.
