What is the etymology of the Chinese name? 扒 seems to mean "dug up" or "scratched," not "braised." Badagnani (talk) 16:36, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

The recipe does not make sense. Boil for 6-8 hours and cook the chicken for 8-10 hours? Could that be a translation error? JLeander (talk) 22:40, 5 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
