I work on the Dillard High website and we have never instituted an Open Campus policy.

Violent legacy
Why is there no mention of the children killed at this school- Amanda Collette? I graduated from here in 2012 and this school was among the most violent and dysfunctional in the county. Many controversies, like the coach being accused of molesting multiple girls who attended here. This page is a wash. Nearly every day there was a fight that brought droves of students out of the school grounds into the neighborhood streets. This school was hell.
