Sources

Hi. There's been a bit of back-and-forth about the reliability of some of the sources. First off, let me address Olympedia. For those unaware, this site replaced the old Sports Reference page for Olympians, and is overseen by

Bill Malon
. The IOC itself are in the process of hosting Olympedia's data on their own site at some point in the future. In short, it's reliable.

Now for the other sources, I can't vouch for them, so it's best if those involved question them here. @Jonel:, @JzG:, @Praxidicae:

Lugnuts, there are two issues: first, some of them are plainly unreliable; second, none rise above directory entries or namechecks. We appear to be the first and only place to try to write a biography. Guy (help! - typo?) 20:47, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
I have just cited a biography--Ymblanter (talk) 21:21, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
The sources are Olympedia, International Gymnast Magazine, and Belarusian news site Pressball. What's unreliable about any of those? -- Jonel (Speak to me) 21:47, 5 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
