Playing position

I've seen Dusan Tadic play for Groningen, FC Twente and Serbia. I've also interviewed him three times for The Sun newspaper. He's not a winger or left winger, he's a midfielder. He plays on the left, the right, through the middle. Please desist from vandalising his playing position. --94.173.22.24 (talk) 22:11, 11 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Dušan Tadić (footballer) → Dušan Tadić – The rationale for currently titling him "Dušan Tadić (footballer)" is that a Serbian war criminal also used that name, despite his page being titled "Duško Tadić". The footballer's page views, even with the spike from scoring against Manchester United, absolutely dwarf those of the war criminal, whose name in reliable sources is Dusko not Dusan anyway. I propose to delete the disambiguation page, and put a hatnote on the footballer's article saying "For the Bosnian Serb war criminal also known as Dušan Tadić, see Duško Tadić" --Relisted.  — Amakuru (talk) 13:05, 21 January 2015 (UTC) '''tAD''' (talk) 01:18, 12 January 2015 (UTC)[reply

  • Support here are the view stats for the footballer which indeed dwarf these view stats for Duško Tadić. GregKaye 16:04, 12 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Do book references for the footballer dwarf all other people of the same name? In ictu oculi (talk) 10:26, 13 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
For the moment, that actor has not existed in 12 years of English Wikipedia, so I wouldn't wager anybody was looking for him '''tAD''' (talk) 05:14, 14 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
User:The Almightey Drill, how does that comment answer the question about books? In ictu oculi (talk) 17:20, 20 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support per nom. This is what hatnotes were made for. For the
crystal ball gazers: if other Duško Tadićes get articles in the furure, this page can be moved again then. —  AjaxSmack  01:17, 23 January 2015 (UTC)[reply
