The Origins section is kind of a mess.

• It still needs to be broken up into smaller, easier-to-read segments
• the voice in which it is written is still not quite right

I was hoping to find a list here of films featured at each Ebertfest, listed by year. I think such a list would be a welcome addition, whether included in this article, or given its own wikipedia entry. ThaddeusFrye (talk) 05:57, 3 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I am a new WP contributor and have been working on the Ebertfest article for several weeks now. I've added over 40 references, so I'm thinking it is OK to remove the "more footnotes" template?
