Content removal
I removed about 2/3rds of the article, it was either an outline or how too guide that is no appropriate for inclusion, see
WP:NOTHOWTO. I found some copyvio in the middle of it, but can not substantiate that the rest of it was copyvio. In the end its status as copyvio is moot because I think it is proper to remove it either way, the content had not been improved in years, and I don't think its likely it was going to be.
