Are the mayor and senators chosen from amongst the sitting, elected members of the Abgeordnetenhaus, or can they be eligible person in the city? Even if it's the latter, is it typically composed of members of the Abgeordnetenhaus? --Criticalthinker (talk) 11:02, 22 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
