There is another Gunnar Dybwad, a professor and advocate for the disabled, who should probably get an article. He had a lengthy obit in the NY Times, which may be a good place to look for additional sources.

The obit mentions that Dybwad had an entry in The ABC/CLIO Companion to The Disability Rights Movement, an encyclopedic work on the subject. Here's a review of the book.
