Non Caucasian ethnic backround

In the article it is claimed that Hadia is the second minister with non Caucasian backround: "She is historically the second minister with non-caucasian ethnic background after Manuela Ramin-Osmundsen, who resigned as Minister of Children, Equality and Social Inclusion in 2008.[12]". But isn´t Sout Asian Caucasians, at least that is what is claimed in wikipedia. Modin (talk) 20:02, 11 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Proposition for deletion of this article

I found this article regarding miss Hadia Tajik should be deleted as she is not notable for inclusion. Not so. There is an article in the Norwegian bokmål/riksmål wikipedia, she is notable in Norway and as such she is also notable in the english version of Wikipedia. I am therefore removing the deletion template. Ulflarsen (talk) 08:39, 9 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

  • You might want to add some independent references asserting her notability. That would bolster your assertion of importance. Thanks! --Stormbay (talk) 16:13, 9 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Have added one such reference from the webpages of the Norwegian government, she has actually served three different ministers of the Stoltenberg II government. Ulflarsen (talk) 17:09, 9 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

She was elected to the Norwegian Parliament on September 14, 2009. --Pylambert (talk) 14:45, 20 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for the information Pylambert; I've updated the article accordingly. Jezebel'sPonyoshhh 14:47, 21 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Pakistani-Norwegian?

The article states that she is Pakistani-Norwegian, however in the similar article in Norwegian she is said to be Norwegian-Pakistani. I would say that both are dubious, she is born in Norway and have lived there most of her life, except from studies in the UK, at most I would suggest that she should be described as Norwegian with a Pakistani background. • "Tajik expressed support for reform of the AFP pension scheme, after a case of an elderly woman having lost her AFP pension by a three week margin. Tajik further stated that the case illustrated the challenges with the current shape of the AFP scheme. She commented: “At the same time, I would like to emphasize that AFP is the parties' system. LO and NHO have studied a sketch for an alternative design of the AFP scheme. It tries to meet some of the challenges with today's AFP“.[1]". 89.8.190.102 (talk) 20:37, 1 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
