The first paragraph of the section "Hospital refuses Medicare patients" seems nonsensical to readers, especially the phrase "the bottom line of excess." The lack of citation makes it impractical to suggest any clarification. Eli.stroud (talk) 06:11, 24 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
